Shipping Information

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: 1-2 business days

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivered within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 business days after shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our gear like you stand on your climbing shoes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Chalk and Chalk Bags
  • Finger Tape
  • Belay Gloves
  • Any item showing signs of use or wear

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping address: 535 Cook Hill Road, Norwalk, US 06854
  • Special instructions if needed

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and include:

  • Original packing slip or invoice
  • Return authorization number (write it on the outside of the package)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the item within 2 business days
  • Process your refund or ship your exchange
  • Send you a confirmation email

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size or product exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Exchanges typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive your return.

International Returns

For our global climbers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
  • Receive a replacement or full refund
