Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Chalk and Chalk Bags (hygiene reasons)
- Finger Tape (personal use item)
- Belay Gloves (safety equipment)
- Any item showing signs of use or wear
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address (535 Cook Hill Road, Norwalk, US 06854)
- Special instructions if needed
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely and include:
- Original packing slip or invoice
- Return authorization number (write it on the outside of the package)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect the item within 2 business days
- Process your refund or ship your exchange
- Send you a confirmation email
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For size or product exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Exchanges typically ship within 1-2 business days after we receive your return.
International Returns
For our global climbers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund
