The La Sportiva Kubo climbing shoe is dedicated to the indoor boulderer or sport climber. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced plastic junkie, this versatile performance shoe provides all the performance you’ll need without sacrificing comfort.
The newly designed heel, which is built into the sole for improved grip and greater protection, as well as increased elasticity and overall sensitivity, represents La Sportiva’s drive for innovation. The Kubo is extremely comfortable straight out of the box due to the unlined uppers constructed from breathable microfibre and durable suede. A double strap closure allows for a large opening, plus two large pull tabs on the heel make slipping the shoes on and off extremely easy. The toe cap is integrated into the toe edge to protect against abrasions and the construction of the sole is designed to allow for resoling. The split sole offers a fine blend between support and flexibility, perfect for the variety of holds found on indoor walls.
