The Couloir has been redesigned to include a lightweight and durable vari-width Dynex monofilament webbing that is both breathable and low-profile. Its waist features a speed buckle with easy-adjust wings, while its leg loops have a diaper-style design for effortless removal and wearing with skis or crampons. Additionally, the Couloir boasts BD’s patented Infinity Loop for belaying, which eliminates the common issue of belay-loop-shift and is both long-lasting and low-profile. Its four Ice Clipper slots and integrated ice screw slot in each leg loop reduce noise during lengthy approaches and flat glacier travel, and its two webbing gear loops securely hold essential gear such as cordalettes and extra biners.
